Our Process

1.      Phase One

INITIAL MEETING

We document everything so we can better understand our customer’s vision and be able to answer any questions that the client may have regarding the processes. In this meeting, we'll discuss our process and practices, conduct your lifestyle assessment and get a feel for your overall vision, design, and budget.

2.      Phase Two

DESIGNING YOUR SPACE

We present a draft vision of your home or project to give you a true visual understanding of what’s being created for you. This can be a sample draft of your preliminary plan and a review of the budget, timeline, and phases of the build. Our mission is to essure that you are getting everything you want and need while meeting your budget requirements.

3.      Phase Three

REVISIONS

We will review any changes to the scope and present a revised draft of the design and any value engineering components that meet your budget needs. We are perfectionists and want to make sure that we share our clients’ vision throughout the process. All design changes and budgets are signed including our retained contract agreement.

4.       Phase Four

PERMITTING & CLIENT PORTAL INTRODUCTION

During this phase we begin working with local municipalities, HOA’s, Associations and all interested/necessary parties to request approval for the project. We’ll also introduce you to our private client portal that allows you to observe through real time photos and video and make comments or ask questions on the construction process from anywhere with an internet connection.

5.      Phase Five

LET’S GO!

It is time to start the fun! We have the permits in place and the approvals needed, materials have been sourced, and teams are ready to begin. Let’s build your dream!
